As always - not far from city central train station, situated near a beautiful park and theatre, we really enjoy staying at this hotel. This time we even got the chance to check out its restaurant - and it was very good, service was superfriendly and dishes all good. We like the rooms, service is always welcoming and there was even a surprise for All Saints holiday (which can be quite sad if you lost someone or want to remember - not everyone is up to do carneval-helloweenish folklore) which was really heartwarming. Thank you! Ah - did I mention the great city center of Bydgoszcz, worth a look!

The hotel has a large free guarded parking lot and this is a big plus. The room was comfortable, the plumbing was functional. There were no signs of mold in the bathtub. The pillows and bed were also comfortable. There were two bottles of drinking water in the room. I would like to note the presence of a sufficient number of sockets in the room and in particular near the bed on both sides. I also liked the ample number of clothes hooks in the bathroom and the convenient large sink where you could conveniently place things. This does not always happen in hotels. Breakfast was enough for me with the opportunity to make unlimited fresh juice on my own. I liked the service at the hotel, unobtrusive, but attentive and friendly.

The room was nice, had everything I needed, and the staff were quite friendly. I got there before the official check in time (3pm), and they got a room ready for me very quickly, I really appreciated that! Unfortunately I did not get a chance to see what the restaurant is like. I would say this hotel is good value for money

A clean hotel, I didn’t interact much the staff but they seemed friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, free bottles of water is a nice touch. Breakfast was good too. The location is good, very close to the Auchan shopping centre and a 15-20 mins walk to the old town and Mill Island.

The room was comfortable. The food and was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. From the point of view of travel into our work location, the htoel was a 20 min walk away which was very convenient and also only a 25 min walk itno the centre of Bydgoszcz.

The Staff made sure we are comfortable. We advised that the room given too us was very hot and the airconditioning is not working well. They immediately provided us with another room. Breakfast was great. Not a lot of food selection but it was delicious. They also have iron and iron board available.

Despite the close location to the city centre, it was quiet. Very clean good value for money. Friendly staff. Close to the airport. The only thing missing was the kettle to make my own cup of coffee as I arrived quite late and the restaurant was already closed.
